To uphold our standards of fairness and transparency, we have established a clear return and refund policy.
Credit Note Policy
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a credit note that reflects the full amount of the item(s) purchased. The return must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible.
The item must be in pristine condition—unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Credit notes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and can be utilised for any future purchases from Ivory Rose.
- Any returns requested after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a credit note, regardless of the circumstances.
Custom Orders
Custom-made and made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for return or refund due to their personalised nature.
The only exception to this policy applies if the item arrives damaged or defective upon delivery.
In such situations, please report the issue immediately upon receipt of the item. You must provide a complete unboxing video that clearly shows the unopened package and the process of opening it.
Without this proof of unboxing, we regrettably cannot process any return or exchange requests for custom orders.
